The phrase ‘The Kingdom of Heaven
or the kingdom of God’ means the same thing. For example, while the word
‘kingdom’ means power, the word heaven means God’s will or perfect condition
and God is spirit and which is within or with and upon us. Therefore, entering
the kingdom of God or heaven is the duplication or replication of God’s power
or will by a person in his/her life or on the earth; it does not really mean
being translation to one heaven or paradise as many may have believed. That is
why is written that:
“…when he was demanded of the Pharisees,
when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of
God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there!
for, behold, the kingdom of God is
within you.”:(KJV) Luke 17:20-21
And so one of the major problems
of the early and contemporary believers started with the interpretation of the
scripture regarding this statement of faith: “The kingdom of God is at hand” which
according to them means that the world is about to end and they kept singing it
but that is not correct. Therefore, the
statement: “Repent, the Kingdom of God is at hand” means that ‘the power of God
is accessible to you (at hand) and that you should repent (leave what does not
matter or do what it takes) to exercise it for your own salvation.
And so haven made this little
explanation, let us see how and where the Master Jesus used the statements
“Entering the Kingdom of Heaven and of God’ with some scriptural juxtaposition to
butters our point that “kingdom of God or heaven” actually means power.
1.
It is written that Jesus answered about who
should be the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven “And said, Verily I say unto you, Except
ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the
kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in
the kingdom of heaven.(KJV) Matthew
18:3-4
From the above, He brought in the
idea of a total reformation of the mind by a person to desire learning and to
believe or obey divine instruction like children; which is great humility.
Children believe their superiors; teachers or parent to a very great extent. So you may see that He was not talking about
a person going to heaven or someone without a sin.
2. It
is written that: “Whosoever therefore
shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall
be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach [them], the same shall be called
great in the kingdom of heaven.(KJV) Matthew 19:19
Being great in the kingdom
(power) of God has to do with whosoever will obey and do according to the word
of God and also to teach others on earth and it is not about taking a journey
to one heaven.
3. It
is also written as the Master Jesus said: “For I say unto you, That except your
righteousness shall exceed [the righteousness] of the scribes and Pharisees, ye
shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.(KJV) Matthew 5:20
The Pharisees were believers even
in Christ Jesus and the salvation but the main reason for using them as being
righteous (believers) and that you should exceed them is because of their
enforcement of the what they have discovered to the later. So it is not about
comparing them with you to enter ‘heaven’ after death but that you should learn
(keep learning) to obey God and that is your righteousness as it is written
that: “For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to
faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” (KJV) Romans
1:17. Therefore entering into the desire power
of God from time to time is about discovering the revelations (righteousness)
of God from time to time and obeying the instructions.
4. It is
written that “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born
of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into
the kingdom of God.”(KJV) John 3:5
This particular Scripture above may
be highly disputed against this revelation. But have it in mind that this is
not about misleading you for any reason and that Jesus was talking about a
state of being completely transformed by the word (as in water) using the
revelation of God, the Spirit and not necessary about water-baptism. So the
Master furthered the explanation that such a person will be working (on earth)
as a spirit or powerfully in God. Also, that is why the Apostle Paul wrote that
a time will come(even now) that we may not be taking about water-baptism but
about acquiring or using the powers of heaven (the New World or the world to
come).
In conclusion, the scripture says
‘you are made a priest and a king to rule/serve on earth and not in heaven’. Don’t
you know that the earth is completely given o you with the mandate to manage
and dominate it? So your positioning in making the earth heaven or making the
will of God to be done on earth and in your life daily is what you should be
looking out for and that can be achieved by the Time Redemption Prayer. Now
consider it and it is true that Redeeming the Times in Prayer is your
responsibility of entering into and acquiring God’s power; it is your dominion service
and control over the universe; it’s a daily routine to transform your mind by
the Scripture studying the word while watching.
