Why Mr. President Needs a Special Adviser on National Integration

With the recent approval of the Senate for Mr. President to have 20 Special Advisers, I recommend that it is important and timely for a Special Adviser on National Integration. Nigeria cannot achieve sustainable national development and transformation without an effective scheme or active systematic principle of national integration and patriotism. The national integration of Nigeria is not just about equality in political appointments or achieving a near perfect federal character principle in public sector appointments or civil  service employment and more so, it is now clearly beyond the establishment of the National Youth Service Corps and Federal Unity Schools etc.

Why Nigeria Urgently Needs a System of Cultural Innovation

Cultural innovation refers to the process of introducing and developing new ideas, practices, and expressions within a society or a particular cultural context. It involves the creation, adoption, and adaptation of cultural elements, such as art, technology, customs, beliefs, and values. A cultural innovation system or principle as a way of life can bring numerous benefits to Nigeria. Here are several reasons why the country would benefit from embracing cultural innovation: 1. Economic Advancement: Cultural innovation can drive economic growth and competitiveness. By fostering a culture of creativity and innovation,  Nigeria can develop new industries, products, and services that generate jobs, attract investment, and stimulate economic development.

The Nigeria We Deserve in the Twenty First Century

Innovatively and morally, we can build a prosperous society and develop our minds to reach our full potential as a people and a country by:  Knowing who we are and our place on earth as humans.  Redefining success. Building healthy relationships.  Promoting cultural innovation. Fostering unity of mind and purpose. This will lead to great prosperity and economic growth or development. Nigeria has the potential to be a very great nation. Nigeria has a large and diverse population, a rich culture, and a strong economy with all kinds of natural resources. However, there are many challenges that Nigeria faces, including corruption, poverty, and insecurity.
